Terminal offline
- Confirm Algo Trading is enabled in MT4/MT5.
- Check license key is valid and not revoked.
- Verify firewall allows outbound HTTPS to the API host.
- Review Status for platform incidents.
Signals not executing
- Open Readiness — all checks should pass.
- Confirm symbol mappings exist for the signal symbol.
- Check copy settings: max spread, min lot, and filters may block trades.
- Inspect Deliveries for error messages.
License activation failed
- Ensure subscription is active on Billing.
- Rotate the license if the key was exposed.
- Only one activation per seat unless your plan allows multiple terminals.
