By creating an account or using MyFXCopier, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

MyFXCopier provides tools to receive, parse, risk-check, and deliver trading signals to MetaTrader terminals. Markets involve risk; we do not guarantee profits, fills, or uninterrupted delivery.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for credentials, API keys, EA configuration, and activity under your workspace. Keep your login secure and notify us of unauthorized access.

3. Billing

Paid plans, seats, and marketplace subscriptions are billed through our payment processors. Fees are due as stated at checkout unless required otherwise by law.

4. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the platform, reverse engineer delivery mechanisms for harm, spam registrations, or use the service for unlawful trading or fraud.

5. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyFXCopier is provided “as is.” We are not liable for trading losses, broker rejects, network outages, or third-party Telegram/broker failures.
